REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

No full refund can be made. In the event of cancellation of a Training course to be provided by MAISON MUNZ in application of the general conditions, compensation will be retained by MAISON MUNZ according to the following rules and schedule:

• A cancellation more than 2 months before the start of the Training will give way to a total refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ (except from administration fees of 60 US$ / 50 €).
• A cancellation at least 2 months before the start of the Training will give way to a refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ, after deduction of a compensatory indemnity of 500 US$ / 450 €.
• A cancellation at least 1 month before the start of the Training will give way to a refund of the sums paid to MAISON MUNZ, after deduction of a compensatory indemnity equivalent to half of the sums paid.
• In the event of cancellation due to Covid, subject to proof of your state of health or your inability to travel, you can benefit from a full refund of the sums paid, after deduction of the service fees referred to above.

Masterclasses cancellation :

All our masterclasses led by our Founder, Alexandre Munz, are hosted on Zoom. You will receive a link 30 minutes prior to class. Please check your email inbox and spam folder for an email from v. In case of cancellation within 24 hour of start time, we cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding.
